Saddled Spirits is a converted vintage horse trailer turned upscale, beautifully crafted mobile bar. We aim to bring that one of a kind experience to your special event.
Why should we hire Saddled Spirits?
We are here to make your event memorable! We are committed to creating a unique, warm, inviting atmosphere anywhere and anytime. A great bar is a gathering place and it goes beyond the alcohol. This will be your number one most visited spot at your party.
What does Saddled Spirits require for setup?
A flat ground and one outlet within 50ft. We do offer a generator rental if an outlet is not available
What kind of events can I rent your bar for?
Any! That's the beauty of Saddled Spirits, her versatility! Weddings, Birthdays, Rehearsal Dinners, Graduations, Corporate Events, Bridal or Baby Showers, Holiday Parties, Product Launches, Store Openings, Retirement Parties, Backyard BBQ, Brunches, Family Reunion and much more!
How much does it cost to rent Saddled Spirits?
Every Event is unique, however, our pricing starts at $600 but packages will vary based on many variables
Do you have a liquor license?
The State of Wisconsin does not allow a liquor license without a brick and mortar location, for this reason, we cannot provide the alcohol. We will work closely with you to estimate how much beer, wine, and alcohol you will need.
How early do I need to book Saddled Spirits?
We suggest reserving your date as soon as possible. If your event is coming up soon, reach out- we can always let you know if your date is still open. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your reservation with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event.
Can we do a cash bar?
Unfortunately, due to Wisconsin liquor laws and regulations we cannot allow a cash bar. Without a liquor license we are unable to collect money in exchange for alcoholic beverages.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, general liability and liquor liability insurance.
Where are you located and will you travel?
We are located in Southeast Wisconsin and will travel up to 30 miles of Hartland. There is a small fee for additional miles.
